About Me
MV, MS, PhD, Diplomate of the American Board of Veterinary Toxicology (ABVT). David graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Cordoba (Spain) in 1991. After a master's degree at the University of Illinoi (USA) (1994), he completed a doctorate at the University of Aberdeen (United Kingdom) (1998). Later he worked as resident in Toxicology in the veterinary diagnostic laboratory at Iowa State University (USA) and obtained the title of Veterinary Toxicologist from ABVT (2003). Since 2008, he has worked at the University of Antioquia as a professor of Pharmacology and Toxicology until 2024.
